Plan Your Content Strategy
Scheduling posts in advance helps you maintain a consistent social media presence without being online 24/7. AdFlex makes it easy to plan and automate your publishing, turning a finished design or AI-generated asset into a live post in just a few clicks. Whether you want to react to a moment right now or line up a full week of content, the same publishing flow handles both.
Publishing Now vs. Scheduling
Every post starts the same way: you finish your creative, then decide when it should go live. Publishing now is best for time-sensitive announcements, while scheduling is ideal for planned campaigns and keeping your feed active during busy periods.
Publish Now
To publish immediately:
- Complete your design or AI-generated content
- Click "Publish"
- Select your connected social accounts (Facebook/Instagram)
- Write your caption
- Click "Post Now"
Your content will be published instantly to the selected platforms.
Schedule for Later
To schedule a post:
- Click "Schedule" instead of "Post Now"
- Select the date and time for publishing
- Choose time zone (important for international audiences)
- Confirm the schedule
Once confirmed, the post is queued and will publish automatically at the time you set, with no further action needed from you.
Note: Scheduling features may vary based on your subscription plan. Check your plan details for availability.
What You Can Publish
You can schedule and publish the same content types you create across AdFlex, from single images to videos. Before you publish, confirm that your selected platform supports the format:
- Facebook: Supports images, videos, carousels, and Stories.
- Instagram: Supports Feed posts, Stories, and Reels.
If you have connected more than one account, you can select multiple destinations and publish the same post everywhere at once, saving you from repeating the process for each brand.
Best Practices for Scheduling
- Know your audience: Schedule posts when your followers are most active.
- Batch content creation: Create multiple designs and schedule them all at once.
- Mix content types: Alternate between product posts, educational content, and promotional material.
- Use analytics: Review post performance to optimize future scheduling times.
- Write captions per platform: Tailor the tone and length of your caption to each network for stronger engagement.
Managing Scheduled Posts
View all your scheduled posts in the Content Calendar (if available in your plan). From there you can:
- Edit the caption or image before it posts
- Reschedule to a different time
- Cancel a scheduled post
Reviewing your queue regularly helps you avoid gaps in your posting rhythm and lets you adjust quickly if your plans change.

Common Issues
My scheduled post didn't publish
Check that your social account is still connected and your token hasn't expired. You may need to reconnect your account, then reschedule the post if needed.

My post published to the wrong account
Before confirming, double-check the connected accounts you selected. If a brand is missing from the list, reconnect it from your social settings.
