License Agreement

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, AdFlex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services and software for your business purposes.

• Access and use the AdFlex platform
• Create and modify designs using our tools
• Download and use generated content within license terms
• Integrate with approved third-party services

Your subscription grants you the following rights:

• Commercial use of generated designs
• Modification and adaptation of templates
• Distribution within your organization
• Integration with your marketing materials

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute AdFlex services
• Reverse engineer the software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Use the service to create competing products
• Share your account credentials

The following intellectual property terms apply:

• AdFlex retains all rights to the platform and technology
• You retain rights to your uploaded content
• Generated content is licensed according to your subscription plan
• Third-party content is subject to respective licenses

For AI-generated content:

• You receive a perpetual license to use generated content
• Content must comply with our usage guidelines
• Attribution requirements vary by content type
• Usage restrictions apply based on subscription tier

Your subscription is subject to:

• Monthly API request limits
• Storage capacity restrictions
• Concurrent user limitations
• Feature access based on subscription tier

When using third-party integrations:

• Additional terms may apply
• Data sharing is governed by respective privacy policies
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• Integration support may vary

This license will terminate:

• Upon subscription cancellation
• For terms violation
• By mutual agreement
• After notice period expiration

Your subscription includes:

• Technical support via designated channels
• Regular platform updates
• Security patches
• Documentation access
