Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Use the Help Center
The Help Center is your first stop for answers. Here's how to use it:
- Click "Customer Support" in the sidebar menu
- Browse articles by category (Getting Started, Brandbook, Creative Studio, etc.)
- Use the search bar to find specific topics
- Click on any article to read detailed guides
The Help Center contains step-by-step guides, troubleshooting tips, and answers to common questions.
Step 2: Report a Problem
If you encounter a bug or technical issue, you can report it directly:
- Click "Report Problem" in the sidebar menu
- Fill in the problem description - be as detailed as possible
- Include your email address
- Click "Submit" to send your report
Tip: Include the page URL where the problem occurred and describe what you were trying to do. This helps our team reproduce and fix the issue faster.

For more complex issues or questions, you can email our support team:

- Include your account email and business name
- Describe your issue or question in detail
- Attach screenshots if relevant
Our support team responds to emails during business hours. Premium plan users receive priority support.
