Create Your AdFlex Account

Setting up your AdFlex account is quick and straightforward. You can get started in just a few minutes, and no credit card is required for the free plan. Follow this guide to create your account and complete the onboarding process.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• A valid email address
• Access to your email inbox for verification
• A strong password (at least 8 characters)

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access the Sign-Up Page

Visit the AdFlex website and click the "Sign Up" or "Try For Free Now" button. You'll be directed to the registration page where you can choose your preferred sign-up method.

Step 2: Choose Your Registration Method

AdFlex offers two convenient registration options:

• Email Registration - Enter your first name, last name, email address, and create a secure password. This method gives you full control over your account.
• Google Sign-Up - Click "Sign up with Google" for faster access. Your account will be created automatically using your Google account information.
• Facebook Sign-Up - Click "Sign up with Facebook" to register using your Facebook account. This is another quick way to get started.

Tip: If you're invited by a team member, you may receive a registration link with a pre-filled email address and invitation code. Simply follow the link to complete your registration.

Step 3: Verify Your Email Address

After completing the registration form, check your email inbox for a verification message from AdFlex. This email contains a verification link that you need to click to activate your account.

Important: If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. The verification link is valid for a limited time, so verify your email promptly.

Step 4: Complete Email Verification

Click the verification link in the email. You'll be redirected to a "Congratulations" page confirming your account was successfully created. Your account is now activated and you can log in to AdFlex using your credentials.

Didn't receive the email? Wait a few minutes and check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it, contact customer support for assistance.

Step 5: Complete Your Profile (Onboarding)

After logging in for the first time, you'll be guided through the onboarding process. This includes:

• Confirming your account details
• Setting up your first business profile (optional but recommended)
• Exploring the dashboard and main features
• Understanding how credits work

The onboarding process is designed to help you get familiar with AdFlex quickly. You can skip steps and return to them later if needed.

Step 6: Choose Your Plan (Optional)

You start with the Free Plan, which includes 30 monthly credits, perfect for testing the platform. You can upgrade to Pro or Premium plans at any time from your account settings to unlock more features and credits.

• Use a professional email address that you check regularly
• Create a strong, unique password for your account
• Complete the onboarding process to get the most out of AdFlex
• Set up your business profile early to start using brand-specific features
• Keep your account information up to date

Common Issues

I didn't receive the verification email

If you don't see the verification email:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Wait a few minutes, as emails can sometimes be delayed
• Verify that you entered the correct email address
• Try requesting a new verification email from the login page

I can't sign up with Google

Make sure you're using a valid Google account and that pop-ups aren't blocked in your browser. If issues persist, try using email registration instead.

Password requirements

Your password must be at least 8 characters long. For better security, use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.

Forgot Your Password?

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form
3. Enter your email address and click "Reset Password"
4. Check your inbox for a password reset link
5. Click the link and create a new password (minimum 8 characters)
6. Log in with your new password

The reset link is valid for a limited time. If it expires, simply request a new one.
