Why Set Up a Business Profile?
A business profile in AdFlex helps you organize your work, manage brand-specific assets, and access features tailored to your industry. When you create a business profile, you unlock the ability to use Brandbook features, save designs specific to your brand, and manage multiple businesses if needed.
Benefits of a Business Profile
Setting up a business profile gives you:
- Access to Brandbook features for brand consistency
- Organized storage for brand-specific designs and assets
- Better organization when managing multiple clients or brands
- Industry-specific templates and recommendations
- Team collaboration features (for Premium plans)
Prerequisites
Before creating a business profile, make sure you have:
- An active AdFlex account
- Your business name ready
- Basic information about your business or brand
- Your preferred language (English or Arabic)
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access Business Creation
You can create a business profile in two ways:
- During onboarding - When you first log in, you'll be prompted to create a business
- From your account - Go to Account > My Business and click "Add New Business"
Step 2: Enter Business Information
Fill in the required information about your business:
- Business Name - Enter your company or brand name
- Business Description - Write a brief description of what your business does
- Industry - Select your industry from the dropdown list (e.g., E-commerce, Real Estate, Food & Beverage, Fashion, Technology)
- Preferred Language - Choose English or Arabic as your primary language
Tip: Choose your industry carefully, as this helps AdFlex suggest relevant templates and features for your business type.
Step 3: Add Contact Information (Optional)
You can optionally add contact details:
- Business Email - Your business email address
- Phone Number - Include country code (e.g., +1, +966, +971)
- Website URL - Your business website
These details help personalize your experience and can be used for team invitations and notifications.
Step 4: Add Address Information (Optional)
You can add your business address:
- Country - Select from the dropdown
- City - Enter your city
- Street Address - Your business street address
Address information helps with localization and can be useful for location-based features.
Step 5: Review and Submit
Review all the information you've entered. Make sure:
- Business name is spelled correctly
- Industry selection matches your business
- Contact information is accurate
Click "Create Business" or "Save" to complete the setup.
Step 6: Start Using Your Business Profile
Once created, your business profile becomes active. You can:
- Switch between multiple businesses using the business dropdown in the sidebar
- Access Brandbook features to set up your brand identity
- Save designs specific to this business
- Invite team members (Premium plans)

Managing Multiple Businesses
If you manage multiple brands or clients, you can create separate business profiles for each. This helps you:
- Keep designs and assets organized by brand
- Maintain separate brand identities in Brandbook
- Manage different teams for each business
- Track performance and usage per business
Switch between businesses using the business selector in the sidebar or top navigation.
Common Issues
I can't find the business creation option
If you don't see the option to create a business, make sure you're logged in and check Account > My Business. If you're on the free plan, some business features may be limited.
I selected the wrong industry
You can edit your business information at any time. Go to Account > My Business, select your business, and click "Edit" to update the industry or any other information.
I want to delete a business profile
Contact support if you need to delete a business profile. Make sure to export or save any important designs or assets before deletion.
