Why Set Up Your Brand Identity?
Your brand identity is the visual representation of your business. Setting it up in AdFlex's Brandbook ensures that every ad, post, and design you create remains consistent with your brand guidelines. Once configured, AdFlex's AI automatically applies your logos, fonts, and styles to all your creations.
Step 1: Access Brandbook
- Log in to your AdFlex dashboard
- Click "Brandbook" in the sidebar menu (marked with a crown icon)
- Select the business you want to manage (if you have multiple)
Step 2: Upload Your Logos
Your logo is the most important element of your brand. AdFlex allows you to upload multiple versions for different contexts.
Logo Requirements
- Formats: PNG (recommended) or SVG
- Background: Transparent background is best
- Quality: High resolution (at least 500x500 pixels)
Uploading Process
- In the Logos section, click the "+" or upload button
- Select your logo file from your computer
- Tip: Upload both a Dark Version (for light backgrounds) and a Light/White Version (for dark backgrounds)
Having both versions ensures your logo is always visible, regardless of the ad's background color.
Step 3: Choose Your Fonts
Typography plays a huge role in brand recognition. You can select fonts that match your brand's personality.
Selecting Fonts
- Scroll down to the Fonts section
- Browse the extensive library of Google Fonts
- Select a Primary Font for headings and titles
- Select a Secondary Font for body text and descriptions
Note: Currently, AdFlex supports a wide range of English and Arabic fonts optimized for readability and design.
Step 4: Preview Your Brand
On the right side of the screen, you'll see a Brand Preview. This updates in real-time as you make changes, showing you how your logo, colors, and fonts look together on sample mockups.
Tips for a Strong Brand Identity
- Consistency is key: Stick to your chosen fonts and logos across all platforms
- Keep it simple: Don't overcrowd your brand assets; less is often more
- Test legibility: Ensure your fonts are easy to read on mobile devices
- Update as needed: You can always come back and update your brand assets if your branding changes
Common Issues
My logo looks pixelated
Ensure you're uploading a high-resolution file. We recommend at least 1000px width for best results.
My logo has a white background
Use a tool to remove the background before uploading, or upload a PNG file with transparency. A logo with a white box around it can clash with colored backgrounds.
