Brand Consistency Made Easy

The real power of AdFlex's Brandbook is how easily you can apply your brand assets to any design. Whether you're using a template or generating ads with AI, your brand identity is always just a click away.

Using Brand Assets in AI Generation

When you use the AI Designer or generate new creatives:

1. Select your business profile before starting
2. The AI automatically pulls your primary colors and fonts
3. Your logo is automatically placed in optimal positions
4. The generated designs will strictly follow your brand guidelines

Tip: You can toggle "Strict Brand Compliance" if you want the AI to adhere 100% to your palette, or turn it off to allow for complementary creative choices.

Applying Brand to Templates

Found a template you like but it's the wrong colors?

1. Open the template in the editor
2. Look for the "Apply Brand" button in the toolbar
3. Click it to instantly transform the template

The system will:

• Replace template colors with your Brandbook palette
• Update text to use your brand fonts
• Swap placeholder logos with your uploaded logo

Manual Editing with Brand Assets

When you're manually editing a design, your assets are always priority:

Colors

When you open the color picker for text or shapes, your Brand Colors appear at the very top, separate from standard colors.

Fonts

Your Primary and Secondary fonts are pinned to the top of the font list for quick access.

Logos

Go to the Logos tab in the sidebar to drag and drop any version of your logo directly onto the canvas.

Best Practices

• Don't mix brands: Ensure you have the correct business profile selected if you manage multiple brands.
• Check logo visibility: Use your light logo on dark backgrounds and dark logo on light backgrounds.
• Maintain hierarchy: Use your primary font for headlines and secondary font for body text, as defined in your Brandbook.

Common Issues

The "Apply Brand" button didn't change everything

Complex templates might have locked elements or images that can't be recolored. You can manually adjust these elements if needed.

I don't see my brand assets

Make sure you've selected the correct business profile in the top navigation bar of the editor.
