Credits are AdFlex's universal currency — every AI generation draws from your plan's monthly credit balance. How many credits a generation uses depends on the AI model and quality you choose, and the exact amount is always shown before you generate.
What Affects the Cost
- The model you pick: faster, lighter models cost fewer credits than premium, higher-fidelity ones.
- Output quality and resolution: higher quality and larger sizes use more credits.
- The type of generation: text, images, video, and product photoshoots each have their own pricing, with video typically the most credit-intensive.
Common Questions About Plans
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are billed a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current features and credits until renewal.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes — as long as your subscription remains active, unused credits carry over into the next month automatically. If you cancel, any remaining credits are forfeited at the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I run out of credits before renewal?
You can purchase additional credit top-ups directly from Account > Billing at any time. Top-up credits do not expire and are consumed after your monthly plan credits are exhausted.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is a permanent free tier with no expiry date — use 30 credits every month indefinitely with no credit card required. If you upgrade to Pro or Premium and decide to revert, you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle and retain access through the end of the paid period.
