My payment failed
If a payment fails:
- Check that your card hasn't expired
- Verify that you have sufficient funds
- Update your card information
- Contact your bank if the issue persists
I was charged twice
This is rare but can happen. Contact support at contact@adflex.ai with your invoice numbers, and we'll investigate and refund if necessary.
How do I change my billing cycle?
Billing cycles are monthly and renew on the date you first subscribed. This date cannot be changed, but you can cancel and resubscribe on a different date if needed.
Billing Security & Data Privacy
AdFlex never stores your full card number or CVV. All payment data is processed and stored by Stripe — a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, which is the highest certification level in the industry. Your financial information is encrypted end-to-end and never passes through AdFlex servers.
What Data Does AdFlex Store?
- Your billing email and name (for invoice generation)
- A tokenized reference to your payment method managed entirely by Stripe
- Invoice history, plan details, and renewal dates
Full card numbers, expiry dates, and CVV codes are never stored by AdFlex — they remain inside Stripe's secure vault.
Tips for Smooth Billing
Keep Your Payment Method Current
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on your billing date. If your card expires or is replaced, update it in the Stripe portal before your renewal to avoid any service interruption. You will receive an email reminder a few days before each renewal.
Use a Business Card for Easier Accounting
If you manage AdFlex for a company, using a business credit card simplifies expense tracking. Each invoice includes your plan name, billing period, and amount, making it straightforward for your finance team to categorize the charge.
Monitor Your Billing Date
Your billing date is permanently set to the day you first subscribed. If you subscribed on the 10th, you will be billed on the 10th of every subsequent month. You can confirm your next renewal date on the Account > Billing page at any time.
Invoice & Tax Records
Each invoice includes a complete breakdown: plan name, billing period, credit amount, and the last four digits of the payment method used. If your business requires a VAT registration number or tax ID on invoices, contact support at contact@adflex.ai and we will update your invoice records accordingly. Invoice PDFs are available for download for up to 12 months of billing history.
