What is the difference between Free, Pro, and Premium plans?
Free gives you 30 credits per month with 1 business account. Pro ($19/month) provides 1,000 credits, 2 business accounts, and priority support. Premium ($79/month) includes 5,000 credits, 15 business accounts, and 7 team members — built for agencies and larger teams.
When do my credits renew?
Credits renew automatically on the same calendar date each month — the date you first subscribed. You can confirm your exact renewal date on the Account > Billing page. Unused credits carry over as long as your subscription is active.
Can I get a refund after canceling?
Refunds are available within 48 hours of a charge if you have not consumed any credits in that billing cycle. After 48 hours or after credit usage, refunds are not issued — but you retain full plan access until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods does AdFlex accept?
AdFlex accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
What happens to my designs if I cancel my subscription?
Your account, all saved designs, Brandbook assets, and content remain accessible on the Free plan indefinitely. You will simply have 30 credits per month and lose access to paid features like additional business accounts and team collaboration.
