Your Creative Library
The My Assets section is your personal library, where every file you create or upload lives in one place. Whether you generated an image with AI, produced a video, ran a product photoshoot, or built a design in the editor, it all flows here automatically. Keeping this library organized helps you work faster and find the right file when a campaign is due.
Asset Types
AdFlex sorts your files into clear tabs so you always know where to look:
- My Designs: Projects you have created in the Design Editor.
- My Images: Images you have uploaded or generated with AI.
- My Videos: Videos you have generated or uploaded.
- My Photoshoots: Product photos created with the AI Product Photoshoot tool.
Anything you create with an AI tool is saved to its matching tab the moment it finishes generating, so you never lose work you spent credits on.
Uploading Files
You can bring your own media into AdFlex alongside your AI creations:
- Go to My Assets.
- Click the "Upload" button, or simply drag and drop files from your computer onto the page.
- Wait for the upload to finish. Your file then appears in the matching tab.
Supported Formats
AdFlex accepts the most common image and video formats:
- JPG: Best for photographs and smaller file sizes.
- PNG: Best for graphics, logos, and transparent backgrounds.
- SVG: Best for sharp, scalable vector logos and icons.
- MP4: The standard format for uploading video clips.
Asset Actions
Hover over any asset to reveal a set of quick actions:
- Preview: Open a larger version to inspect the detail.
- Download: Save the file straight to your device.
- Edit: Open the asset in the Design Editor to customize it.
- Delete: Remove the file permanently from your library.
Selecting Edit is the fastest way to turn a raw upload or an AI image into a finished ad, since it drops the file straight onto a fresh canvas.
Tips and Best Practices
- Name as you go: AI assets are named after the prompt that made them, so writing a clear prompt makes the file easier to find later.
- Upload your originals: Keep brand logos and product photos in your library so they are always one click away inside the editor.
- Tidy up regularly: Review your tabs every so often and remove drafts you no longer need to keep the library easy to scan.
- Use the highest quality source: Higher-resolution uploads give you sharper results when you edit or generate from them.
Common Issues
My upload was rejected
Check that the file is a supported format (JPG, PNG, SVG, or MP4). Files in other formats will not upload.
I cannot find a file I just made
Confirm you are on the correct tab. An AI video appears under My Videos, not My Images. You can also search by the prompt you used to create it.
I deleted something by mistake
Deletion is permanent, so a removed file cannot be brought back. Be especially careful with original uploads you may not have saved anywhere else, and download a copy first if you are unsure.
