Efficient Asset Management
As your library grows with designs, AI images, videos, and product photoshoots, managing files one by one becomes slow. AdFlex lets you act on many assets at the same time, so you can tidy up your storage or download a whole batch in a few clicks. This guide covers bulk selection, downloading and deleting in batches, how your storage works, and what to keep in mind before you remove anything permanently.
Performing Bulk Actions
Bulk actions let you select several assets and act on all of them together instead of repeating the same step file by file. To manage multiple files:
- Hover over an asset and check the selection box that appears.
- Continue selecting other assets the same way until you have everything you need.
- Use the toolbar that appears to Delete or Download all selected items at once.
The toolbar stays visible while you have items selected, so you can keep adjusting your selection before you confirm an action. If you change your mind, simply uncheck an asset to remove it from the selection.
Bulk Download
Choosing Download saves every selected asset to your device in one step. This is handy when you want to archive a finished campaign, hand files to a teammate, or keep local backups of your original uploads before cleaning up your library.
Bulk Delete
Choosing Delete removes every selected asset from your library at once. This is the fastest way to clear out drafts, duplicates, and test generations you no longer need. Because deletion is permanent, review your selection carefully before you confirm.
Understanding Storage
Your assets are stored securely in the cloud, so they stay available across your devices whenever you sign in. There is currently no storage limit for designs and generated content, which means you can keep creating without worrying about running out of space. Even so, we recommend periodically cleaning up unused files to keep your library easy to navigate and to make the assets you actually use easier to find.
Keeping Your Library Tidy
- Remove test generations: AI images, videos, and photoshoots created while experimenting can pile up quickly.
- Clear duplicates: Delete near-identical versions once you have settled on a final design.
- Review in batches: Use bulk selection to clean up many files at once.
Restoring Deleted Assets
Currently, deleted assets cannot be restored. Once you confirm a deletion, the file is removed permanently and AdFlex cannot recover it for you. Please be careful when deleting files, especially original uploads that you may not have saved elsewhere.
Before You Delete
- Download originals first: If a file is your only copy of an original upload, download it before removing it.
- Double-check your selection: When deleting in bulk, confirm that no important asset is included by mistake.
- Keep finished work: Generated images and videos cost credits to create, so avoid deleting outputs you may still want to reuse.
Common Issues
The selection toolbar did not appear
The toolbar shows only after at least one asset is selected. Hover over a file and check its selection box, and the Delete and Download options will appear.
I deleted the wrong file
Because deletion is permanent, a removed asset cannot be brought back. If you still have the original on your device, simply upload it again to add it back to your library.
